What are your delivery timelines within the UAE?
We offer standard delivery within 1-2 business days for Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. For other emirates, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. Same-day delivery is available for select items ordered before 12:00 PM.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most fashion items, provided they are unworn, have all original tags attached, and are in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and certain beauty products cannot be returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for orders under AED 2,000 and 'Buy Now, Pay Later' installments via Tabby.

Do you offer international shipping outside of the UAE?
Currently, Chemist Warehouse UAE exclusively serves customers within the United Arab Emirates. We are looking to expand our shipping services to other GCC countries in the near future.
